Dr. Aanandita Budhiraja is a BAMS from GGSIPU. Being a doctor was her aspiration since a tender age. As she grew up, she was encouraged to take up Ayurveda as a career by her Mentors. Dr. Aanandita has always been a nurturer, much like Ayurveda. She is willing to spread the knowledge from books to the web, to make it easier for everyone to access it. She feels blessed to be able to share her work with a broad audience.
